Our prefabricated structures do require regular maintenance in the form of regular deep cleaning, sanitizing and other related activities. These are essential to ensure that no grime or tiny organisms seep into the crevices and joints to “grow and spread” the cracks, thereby weakening the structure. Our maintenance personnel are well trained and experienced to carry out regular inspection and curing of our structures in the right way, thus maintaining the durability and beauty for a longer span of time.
To summarize, our annual maintenance contract is a small premium that you invest towards maintaining the beauty of your structure and elongating its life span
